What youll do
The Assistant Residences Manager supportsthe day-to-day operations of the Residences ensuring the highest level ofservice safety and efficiency is delivered to residents and guests. Acting asthe primary point of support for the Residences Manager this role overseesconcierge team coordinates with contractors and internal departments andensures all operational standards and service expectations are consistentlymet.
Operations& Service Delivery
- Support the Residences Manager inoverseeing daily operations across concierge security housekeepingengineering and third-party service providers.
- Monitor service standards and ensureresidents and guests receive a seamless luxury-level experience.
- Act as the first point of escalation forresident requests complaints or operational issues resolving promptly anddiplomatically.
- Assist with planning and execution ofresident engagement activities and community initiatives.
TeamSupervision
- Provide daily support guidance andsupervision to the concierge team.
- Ensure rotas timecards and shifthandovers are managed effectively.
- Support staff development throughtraining mentoring and performance feedback.
- Uphold professional standards and ensureteam grooming standards are in line with brand guidelines.
Administration& Finance
- Stock management
- Maintain accurate resident records logsCRM and reporting systems.
- Prepare operational and incident reportsfor the Residences Manager.
- Monthly billing

The operational hours of work are shift-based and may be subjected tochange. These currently set as: Full-time shift-basedrole including weekends evenings and public holidays as required. On-callsupport may be required for emergencies.

Preferred Skills
- Previous experience in a supervisory orassistant management role within luxury residential hospitality or propertymanagement.
- Strong track record of delivering highstandards of customer service.
- Understanding of building operationsservice charge structures and contractor management desirable.
- First Aid Fire Safety or Health &Safety training an advantage.
