Were seeking a Sales Manager to partner with the General Sales Manager in leading our new and used car operations. This role is all about driving performance developing a winning team and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What Were Looking For
A hands-on leader who:
Has 2 years of automotive sales management experience
Knows how to coach motivate and grow a team
Has a proven track record in hitting and exceeding sales goals
Understands internet sales CRM processes SEO/SEM and showroom operations
Leads with integrity responsibility teamwork and a positive attitude
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the sales team to maximize performance
Build and execute strategic sales plans for new and used cars
Drive traffic through marketing and CRM initiatives
Oversee pricing promotions and advertising strategies
Ensure a smooth customer-focused buying and delivery process
Consistently meet sales and profitability targets
