The Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to support our General Sales Manager in leading new and pre-owned car operations. This is a leadership position focused on driving sales performance coaching a winning team and ensuring every customer receives an exceptional buying experience.

What Were Looking For
A motivated hands-on leader who:
Has 2 years of automotive sales management experience
Excels at coaching motivating and developing a sales team
Has a proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Understands internet sales CRM systems SEO/SEM and showroom operations
Leads with integrity responsibility teamwork and a positive attitude
Key Responsibilities
Recruit train and lead a high-performing sales team
Develop and execute effective sales strategies for both new and used vehicles
Drive showroom and online traffic through CRM and marketing initiatives
Oversee pricing promotions and advertising campaigns
Ensure a seamless and customer-focused buying and delivery process
Consistently meet or exceed sales and profitability goals
