New Business Executive
Salary: 26000 Uncapped Commission (OTE )

Reports to: Head of Sales

Location: Birmingham City Centre Hybrid (4 days office / 1 day WFH)

Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking a driven and consultative New Business Executive to join a dynamic sales team in Birmingham. This role will focus on qualifying and converting new business enquiries. Initially you will manage smaller enquiries progressing to larger requirements after a successful probation periodsignificantly increasing your earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Qualification
  • Act as the first point of contact for new clients introducing services qualifying needs and presentingservice options.
  • Proactively contact businesses from the prospecting database to uncover new opportunities.

Client Engagement
  • Secure client acceptance and commitment to view services.
  • Liaise internally to coordinate efficiently.
Negotiation & Closing
  • Guide clients through the shortlisting process providing advice and insight on the most suitable options.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms with providers to secure successful deals.
Performance & Development
  • Consistently achieve and exceed KPIs across deals and revenue.
  • Complete mandatory training to maintain compliance in key areas such as GDPR and health & safety.


Candidate Profile

Essential Skills & Behaviours:
  • Strong commercial awareness and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communicationboth verbal and written
  • A consultative sales approach with strong listening skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritise workload effectively
  • Team player with a proactive resilient and positive attitude
  • High attention to detail

Desirable Experience:
  • Previous B2B sales experience
  • Strong Microsoft Office 365 skills (Word Excel Outlook)
Qualifications:
  • Minimum Grade C (or equivalent) in English and Maths
