Job Description
Join our team at Wasatch Behavioral Health as a Full Time Cost Accountant at our Westpark location! This exciting opportunity allows you to implement and monitor financial and productivity accounting and auditing systems while working onsite in Provo Utah. Compensation: $25.80 - $32.68 DOE
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Essential Functions: (Performs all or some of the following)
- Conducts cost studies
- Calculates employee total compensation
- Maintains allocation distribution files
- Computes service unit reports
- Quantifies total employee costs
- Creates profitability reports
- Supplies information to auditors
- Tracks inpatient admission activity
- Oversees private provider payments
- Performs special projects
- Monitors Medicaid services
- Acts as backup to financial services manager payroll and accounting staff

Minimum Qualifications:
Graduation from college with a bachelor degree in accounting finance or related field AND two (2) or more years of experience performing above or related duties OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
