Key Responsibilities -
Monitor and analyze costs across projects hotels or departments helping to spot trends and areas for savings.
Develop implement and refine cost control strategies and systems aligned with company objectives.
Prepare and present financial reports highlighting cost variances and recommending actionable interventions.
Collaborate closely with project managers Property GMs and department heads to ensure budgetary goals are met and costs remain under control.
Conduct cost-benefit analyses for prospective projects and review financial feasibility.
Ensure financial transactions and cost allocations comply with accounting principles and company policies.
Required Qualifications and Skills-
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field.
Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
Proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel) and often project management/accounting software.
At least 34 years of experience in cost control financial analysis or project management.
Attention to detail and ability to identify cost-saving opportunities
