What You Will Do
Stryker is hiring a Quality Engineering Intern to support our Global Quality Operations team working within our Trauma & Extremities business in Arlington TN! As an Quality Engineering Intern you will provide quality leadership and direction in quality assurance control and preventative activities within operations with a focus on preventative measures and continuous improvement of products and processes. You will advocate and lead the execution of initiatives & projects to enhance quality performance within the business.
Majors Targeted: Marketing Business Business Administration/Management Communications
What You Need
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in a related field; must remain enrolled in a degree-seeking program after the internship.
- Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above (verified at time of hire)
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to collaborate and build relationships
- Demonstrated leadership problem-solving and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint) and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment.
