About The Role
At Innovapptive Talent Advisors are more than recruiters they arestrategic partners and trusted advisorsto our leaders. You will coach challenge and advise stakeholders on attracting selecting and hiring the best talent in the market.
This role is not just about filling roles; its aboutshaping our talent strategy building high-performing teams and driving business impact. What Youll Do
Partner with business and technology leaders todefine hiring needs workforce plans and talent strategies.
Lead end-to-end hiring with a focus oncritical technology rolesacross India.
Bring deep market intelligence to advise leaders ontalent availability compensation insights and competitive hiring trends.
Use advanced sourcing approaches (passive talent engagement pool-building bulk hiring) to attract exceptional candidates.
Own the candidate experience from outreach to closure ensuring every candidate feels theInnovapptive difference.
Champion Innovapptives values and EVP in every interaction internally and externally.
What Makes You a Great Fit:

Proven ability toinfluence and partner with senior stakeholders; you are seen as a trusted advisor not just a recruiter.
