About The Role

What Youll Do
Partner with business and technology leaders todefine hiring needs workforce plans and talent strategies.
Lead end-to-end hiring with a focus oncritical technology rolesacross India.
Bring deep market intelligence to advise leaders ontalent availability compensation insights and competitive hiring trends.
Use advanced sourcing approaches (passive talent engagement pool-building bulk hiring) to attract exceptional candidates.
Own the candidate experience from outreach to closure ensuring every candidate feels theInnovapptive difference.
Champion Innovapptives values and EVP in every interaction internally and externally.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
