Service Advisor

With a competitive salary of 3234k profit-share bonuses of 100300 a month after probation Monday to Friday shift and structured training this is an excellent opportunity to build stability and progression while still enjoying your personal time.

Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for customers providing a professional and friendly service.
Manage bookings for servicing repairs MOTs and tyre fittings.
Liaise with technicians to ensure smooth workflow and accurate job updates.
Keep customers informed on progress and provide clear explanations of work required.
Handle invoicing and payments accurately.
Support the branch manager in maintaining high standards of service delivery.

Requirements

Previous motor trade experience essential.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Organised and confident working in a busy service environment.
A team player with a proactive attitude.
Additional experience in fast-fit dealership or service centre environments is desirable.

Whats on Offer

3234k basic salary.
