CK Group are recruiting for a Benefits Advisor to join a leading global food brand company on a contract basis for 6 months. This is a hybrid role with 2 to 3 days on site in Bournville Birmingham and the rest home/remote working.
Salary: 19.07 to 23.82 ph PAYE
Benefits Advisor Role:- Responsible for the maintenance of the existing personnel and employee insurance
- Qualified claims processing in the named insurance areas (accidental damage company pension occupational disabilityetc)
- Continuous market review
- Competent support and advice for employees
- Support with projects and handling of benefits
Your Background:
- Hold a relevant degree or have equivalent working experience
- Hold a suitable HR qualification
- Experience working in a global organisation
- Be detail-oriented
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
