Ward Nurse Manager RMN Secure Mental Health Services.5 Hours per Week


Are you an experienced RMN with strong leadership skills ready to take the next step in your career This rewarding opportunity is for a Ward Nurse Manager to lead a team within specialist low and medium secure services ensuring the highest standards of care for service users with complex mental health needs.

In this role you will be combining clinical expertise with operational management where your guidance will directly shape outcomes for both staff and patients.

What Were Looking For

  • Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification with active NMC registration.
  • Proven managerial or ward leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong understanding of secure services mental health legislation and safeguarding.
  • Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • A commitment to providing compassionate person-centred care.
