Schedule Options:

Weekly rotating schedule of three 12-hour shifts including alternating weekdays and weekends.
Friday - Sunday 7:00am-7:00pm
Friday - Sunday 7:00pm - 7:00am

Are you a compassionate and skilled nurse ready to make a real impact in adolescent mental health Every day as a RN at Embark Behavioral Health youll be a trusted source of care and support for teens (ages 12-17) assessing their needs administering medications and ensuring they feel safe and heard. Youll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team communicate with families and advocate for students in their healing journey. Responsibilities

Be a trusted caregiver by assessing and responding when a student isnt feeling well.
Support student well-being by monitoring vitals administering medications and tracking health progress.
Collaborate with families and the care team by sharing important medical updates and advocating for student needs.
Ensure safety and accuracy by tracking and documenting medications including narcotics every shift.
Provide additional floor coverage on weekends to support staff and students and receive training in safe verbal de-escalation and physical intervention techniques to support upset teens as they arise.
Play a key role in the healing journey by observing and documenting mood behavior and overall health.

Qualifications

Required Certifications:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri
CPR Certification
Must be prepared to establish a CAQH profile and obtain a National Provider Identifier (NPI) as part of the onboarding process.

Required Skills:

Experience in medication administration and patient care
Knowledge of medical terminology nursing techniques and legal charting
Ability to assess vital signs and communicate medical information effectively

Preferred Experience:

Bedside hospital experience
Experience in diabetic care
Experience in Psychiatric Nursing
