About the Role
We are currently looking for a specialist in AWS Connect with experience in integrating systems through service management tools fluent in both German and English and able to translate client requirements into effective technical solutions.
What Youll Be Doing
- Work closely with clients to design and implement Amazon Connect solutions tailored to their contact center needs.
- Develop custom IVR flows routing strategies and agent desktops to improve customer experience.
- Integrate Amazon Connect with other AWS services (e.g. Lex Lambda DynamoDB) and third-party systems such as CRM or service management tools.
- Configure reporting and analytics to track both real-time and historical contact center performance.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions with clients to ensure smooth adoption of solutions.
- Prepare test plans and roll-out strategies for new implementations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality reliable customer solutions.
What We Are Looking For
- You have hands-on call center experience and understand the terminology and workflows.
- Strong experience with AWS Connect and contact center technologies.
- Fluent in German and English with excellent communication skills.
- Living on or near the border with Germany is required.
- Knowledge of service management tools.
- Experienced in IVR systems routing strategies and agent workflows.
- Able to understand client requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Motivated to work with the latest technologies and continuously develop professionally.
- Team-oriented structured and proactive in problem-solving.
- Degree in STEM (Mathematics Computer Science Natural Sciences Engineering) or relevant IT training or several years of professional IT experience.
- Willingness to travel for client projects as needed.
