Shift: Monday Thursday 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM(Friday Saturday and Sunday off every week) SUMMARY The Industrial Electromechanic position is a non-exempt salary position and reports to the Operations Leader. The employee is responsible for ensuring that the plant runs as efficiently and as smoothly as possible. The maintenance responsibilities will require the employee to perform preventive maintenance on various equipment troubleshoot equipment and facility s needs and to secure & manage outside resources such as parts or vendors as necessary to complete their tasks. This position is approximately 70% electrical and 30% mechanical in its daily function. You will be required to complete an electrical troubleshooting proficiency task during the interview to ensure you can provide that expertise. Benefits start on Day 1 of hire. Eligible for a quarterly bonus program. Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Performs self-directed reactive and planned maintenance which includes but is not limited to: equipment and components in operation to determine the root cause of the problem; dismantling components to gain access to and remove defective parts; examines parts to detect imperfections; adjustment of functional parts of devices and control instruments; repair and/or replacement of defective parts; testing of device to observe performance; and tests for electrical circuitry and mechanical systems; reconditions and repairs machine tools. Performs simple welding tasks. Orders supplies and repair items as necessary.
Troubleshooting machinery with electrical systems hydraulic systems and pneumatic systems.
Provides support and back up for other members of the department as needed by management.
Provides assistance to production technicians and leadership to small teams.
Assures compliance with safety and housekeeping standards.
Analyzes and troubleshoots machine failures. Acts as a proactive project manager and works closely with management.
Design ability required to lay out wire build and troubleshoot electrical panels and/or other machinery according to NFPA/NEC standards.
Maintains the grounds and building exterior by performing any of the following technical disciplines; routine electrical mechanical and basic HVAC repairs.
CNC maintenance experience/background preferred
Experience with analog electronics PLC ladder diagrams and programming
Be on call for weekend and off normal hours work
Participates in continuous improvement activities.

Must be able to read blueprints and use measuring instruments
Must be able perform basic failure analysis and have ability to analyze/solve problems and deal in an environment where only limited standardization exists
Must possess an understanding of electronic and mechanical components to troubleshoot and repair
Must be able to troubleshoot industrial electrical issues with or without drawings or schematics
Must have a basic knowledge of the use and care of hand and power tools
Read and interpret documents such as safety rules operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
Must be able to add subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers fractions and decimals; compute ratio and percent and interpret bar graphs
Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written oral diagram or schedule form.
COMPUTER AND SOFTWARE COMPENTENCIES The employee must be able to:
Operate a computer or other keyboard instrument
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE The employee should have the following:
Minimum High School Graduate or equivalent (GED). Associates degree with a Technical focus preferred but not required.
Possess an unrestricted driver s license
1-3 years related experience in industrial maintenance is required with a proficiency in industrial electrical troubleshooting.

Exposure to sounds or noise levels that may be uncomfortable
Push/Pull on bolts equipment etc. without strain
Bending twisting or otherwise awkward positions necessary to fix equipment
