Job Description
Hands-on experience with enterprise web/cloud applications using Java stack Spring
Spring Boot Angular and various database systems
Familiarity with on-prem infrastructure containerization and Azure Cloud
Knowledge of test automation security practices secure software development
lifecycle (SSDLC) and quality assurance
Deep understanding of modern enterprise-class software technologies and practices for
both on-prem and cloud solutions
Expertise in managing end-to-end software development projects including sustaining
engineering
Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
Expertise in partner management effort estimations resource planning and skill matrix
development
Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on scalability and performance
optimization
Proven ability to manage complex team dynamics and drive employee engagement.
Experience working within an Agile environment supporting Scrum Masters and
development teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in an intercultural environment
Ability to drive organizational change and foster a high-performance culture
