Job Description
Job Title: Performance Test Engineer
Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad/Noida (2 days work from office)
Experience: 4 7 yrs
Job Type : Permanent (Hybird Model )
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days Only
Job Overview:
Must skill: Load RunnerAPI Load Testing and Application Performance monitoring tools.
Design and develop performance test scripts using tools such as LoadRunner JMeter NeoLoad Locust or equivalent.
Define performance test strategies including workload modeling test scenarios and performance KPIs (response time throughput resource utilization etc.).
Execute different types of performance tests: load stress soak endurance and scalability tests.
Monitor server database and network metrics during test execution using APM tools (Dynatrace AppDynamics New Relic Grafana Splunk etc.).
Analyze results identify bottlenecks and work with development DevOps and infrastructure teams to resolve performance issues.
Prepare detailed performance test reports with findings trends and recommendations.
Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines for continuous performance validation.
Support capacity planning and scalability assessments for upcoming releases.
