Job Description
Role: Travel OR Tech
Location: Woonsocket RI
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: 8 hour days (7am to 3pm)
Schedule: 40 hours per week/5 days
Pay breakdown:
- Hourly rate - $57.00 $18.25 taxable $38.75 non-taxable
- OT rate - $85.50
- Weekly Gross - $2280.00 $730.00 taxable $1550.00 stipend
Job Summary:
Operating Room Technician (OR Tech) / Surgical Technologist
The OR Tech is responsible for assisting surgeons and nurses during surgical procedures by preparing the operating room arranging surgical instruments and equipment and ensuring a sterile environment. The role requires strong knowledge of surgical procedures sterile techniques and patient safety protocols.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience required
- Must have experience in C-Sections and Robots
- BLS & ACLS certification required
- Certified Surgical Technologist certification required
