Client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in digital transformation and business process reengineering. A Business Analyst in this context is expected to have expertise in Business Process Reengineering (BPR) analyzing redesigning and optimizing complex business processes to improve efficiency effectiveness and customer satisfaction. This position serves to align business strategy with operational execution by analyzing current operations identifying improvement opportunities and designing new processes. Collaboration with IT operations and product teams is required to support the implementation and adoption of updated workflows. Proficiency in analytical communication and change management skills is necessary to support organizational change initiatives.
