Job Description:
Should have around 6 years of SAP experience in the design configuration testing debugging delivery and
support of SAP Automotive processes.
Thorough understanding and working knowledge of the integration between SD MM VMS WTY and DBM.
Very strong negotiation and conversational skills and able to liaise with all levels of the customer.
Sound Knowledge on DBM events actions and status management.
Ability to configure DBM related customizations independently.
Knowledge on document types Item Types Item Categories Split Management Order Splits.
Understanding of automotive dealership repair order process from customer gate-in to gate-out. SD skills to handle pricing and output management skills.
IS-Automotive SAP DBM consultant having a thorough knowledge of DBM 8.0 Service.
Knowledge of data migration strategies tools and Application integration in a complex environment.
Responsible for the assessment of business requirements and providing necessarily know how to translate business requirements into a coherent solution in tune with the functional needs and data architecture.
Ability to write a clear and detailed Functional Specification Document.
Responsible for communicating in a team environment with clients and colleagues.
Provide an expert level of skills & knowledge in the evaluation development testing and delivery of automotive application and business process developments.
Provide Knowledge transfer to team members and equip them to handle L1-level tickets.
Provide support for deployment training and go-live whenever it is necessary.
Need to provide dealer training on the new developments.
Change Requests Delivered with Good quality as per agreed Deadlines. Followed all processes to achieve this Goal. Coordination with Team and Peers done to achieve this Goal.
All tickets closed within SLA and followed all SOPs. Reduced support tickets by 35-40% by providing permanent solutions.
