Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and nbsp;Plant Head and nbsp;to lead overall plant operations with strong expertise in and nbsp;forging fabrication and electronics-based manufacturing. The role involves managing production quality maintenance and safety while driving process improvements and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end plant operations and teams.
Oversee forging fabrication and electronic systems in manufacturing.
Drive productivity quality and cost optimization.
Ensure preventive maintenance and equipment performance.
Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
15 years manufacturing experience with 5 years as Plant Head.
Strong expertise in and nbsp;forging and amp; fabrication processes.
Knowledge of and nbsp;electronics/automation/EMS industries and nbsp;preferred.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
