- Manage and lead a team of 2-3 sales executives and technical sales representatives.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet annual targets and expand the customer base.
- Oversee the selection and onboarding of distributors across the state.
- Establish and maintain effective systems and processes at distributor locations to drive daily business operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers B2B customers and fuel forecourt owners.
- Drive weekly monthly quarterly and annual sales targets in collaboration with distributors and their teams.
- Identify and acquire new B2B customers through active prospecting and channel development.
- Coordinate the execution of marketing plans and brand promotion events within the assigned territory.
Expectations / Requirements
Were looking for you if:
- You hold a Graduate degree with an MBA in Sales and Marketing.
- You possess 5-10 years of experience in sales management preferably within the fuel forecourt lubricant or automotive industries.
- You have a strong understanding of the assigned states geography and have worked in the same area for at least 2-3 years.
- You have experience in managing and developing sales teams.
- You are proficient in developing and executing strategic sales plans.
- Knowledge of additives business is a plus.
- You possess strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- You are organized results-oriented and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
