Principal ML Engineer required to join the founding team on the design and deployment of cutting-edge AI systems. This is a hands-on, high-intensity role - perfect for someone who thrives in fast-moving, high-stakes environments and wants to help build from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Build and deploy AI/ML systems that boost accuracy, speed, and user experience.
- Partner with domain experts to turn complex workflows into AI-driven automation.
- Leverage LLMs, LangChain, and RAG at scale.
- Ship quickly, iterate fast, and set the foundation for our engineering culture.
Requirements
- 2 years in AI/ML engineering or applied research.
