Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cleaning and Pest Control Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the activities of our cleaning and pest control team in Bloemfontein. This role is critical in maintaining a clean safe and pest-free environment across all our facilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage cleaning and pest control staff including scheduling training and performance evaluations.
Coordinate daily cleaning and pest control activities to ensure efficient operations.
Inspect work areas regularly to ensure cleaning and pest control standards are met.
Address and resolve any issues or complaints regarding cleaning and pest control services.
Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and pest control materials.
Ensure all cleaning and pest control activities comply with health and safety regulations.
Conduct regular safety training for staff and maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant safety protocols.
Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules pest control activities and inventory levels.
Prepare reports on cleaning and pest control operations for management review.
Collaborate with external pest control service providers when necessary.
Ensure daily cleaning and pest control activities are well maintained and adhered to per compliance standards.
Skills & Requirements:
Grade 12
Pest control certification
Excellent communication skills
High degree of attention required
Computer literacy (MS Excel Word Outlook)
Follow instructions for operating equipment and keeping records
Ownership and responsibility towards work
Execute assignments in an accurate timely and safe manner
High productivity & accuracy rate
Must be able to function under pressure
Ability to upskill and assist with knowledge transfers
