Prudential (UK) in partnership with the HCL group plans to set-up a standalone Indian health insurance company to address the growing healthcare needs of the Indian consumer.
This joint venture will combine Prudentials global expertise in insurance and financial services with HCL Groups experience in technology and healthcare solutions.

Prudential Health India is a Zero to One team undertaking a no-legacy greenfield health insurance deployment in India building journeys that truly empathize with the customer and offer a differentiated experience.
To partner us in this mission we are looking for a talented
Assistant Manager Provider network (Central Operations)
As an Assistant Manager of Provider Network (Central Operations) your typical week might include the following
- Conduct system testing for provider network modules ensuring functionality accuracy and compliance before deployment.
- Manage provider network operations including hospital creations and activations manage data of health care aggregator partners
- Prepare and present MIS reports and dashboards for internal teams and management.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in provider and partner databases through validation sanitization and QC checks.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain strong provider relationships.
- Oversee digitalization and documentation of provider records ensuring timely retrieval and compliance.
- Conduct payment reconciliation with providers and monitor TATs for empanelment and service delivery.
- Perform system audits and QC checks to identify process gaps and drive continuous improvements.
- Share SLAs adherence with partners and internal stake holders

- Strong experience in health insurance operations with focus on provider network management.
- Proficiency in MIS reporting Use Power bi to create dashboard preparation and Excel-based data management.
- Detail-oriented with strong data validation and auditing skills.
- Ability to digitalize and manage large provider databases effectively
