About the position
This summer role requires a detail-oriented self-starter with a strong customer service mindset dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences to an elite clientele at our St. Louis Missouri facility.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Shadow outfitting and delivery team leader for new aircraft projects
- Assist in completion package reviews to ensure the aircraft is built to specification and completed to Gulfstream quality standards
- Assist in monitoring progress of aircraft build and completion process
- Assist through aircraft inspection and cold soak flights
- Assist with documentation prior to delivery such as Passenger Briefing Cards aircraft models applications and subscriptions
- Collaborate with various departments to research customer requests
- Assist with preparation of the Completion Package to be used as the basis for engineering constructing and delivering the completed aircraft
- Develop knowledge of company product line and aircraft systems
- Computer skills in Excel Word and presentation applications preferred
- Assist with development of Customer Delivery Executive and Customer Delivery Associate tools
- Special projects as needed

Education and Experience Requirements
Job Description
- Enrolled as a full-time student at time of application actively pursuing a bachelors degree or above.
- Complete their freshman year by the time the internship starts.
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 (without rounding); must be listed on resume.
- Minimum 12-14 week requirement (summer); 14-16 week requirement (spring and fall).
- Must be onsite; this is not a remote position.
- Must have reliable transportation.
