- Manage the whole FIN team (Accounting Treasury Tax and Financial Planning & Analysis activities)
- Ensure proper finance operations including Billing AccountReceivable Account Payable General Ledger Cost Accounting Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition
- Overall in-charge of month-end financial close process of 10 business units. All adjusting entries and analysis are all coming from CFC.
- Revenue and backlog monitoring
- Monitor all countrys financial KPI
- Working Capital Management
- Approve all expenses and payments to meet OCF KPI
- Monitor and push invoicing and collection performance
- Report P/L variance analysis operating cash flow and working capital analysis during regional monthly business review.
- Prepare financial forecasts (P/L and cashflows) and analyze deviations from budgeted figures.
- Make sure that balance sheet is properly maintained
- Develop and manage the annual budget process including coordination with department heads.
- Provide accurate and timely regional financial reports.
- Ensure that controls policies and processes are being observed (GUARD/Internal control reports)
- Monthly bank reconciliation review and approval (XCERT)
- Check and bank transfer appoval
- Handles BIR Tax Audits (no tax consultant)
- Handles External / Internal Audits
- Handles business case analysis for new projects.
- Pricing tool review and approval.
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
- Support Operating BUs by providing financial analysis and recommendations as needed.
- Provide recommendations to improve financial performance and optimize resource allocation.
- Support any M&A divestment creation of new entity activities
- Business valuation for new projects M&A
- Additionallyother controller duties as necessary
