Who are we looking for
Were looking for a Cost Controller to join our Project Services group.
Working with an energetic and high performing team this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:
- Assist and coordinate with the Project Manager and Directors in developing and organizing bids proposals and fee estimates ensuring all submissions are accurate and timely.
- Set up projects in the project finance system and maintaining accurate data throughout the project lifecycle and ensuring proper closure upon completion.
- Assist in maintaining the project finance system on assigned projects to ensure projects are managed according to relevant financial contract.
- Coordination and monitoring of project workflow
- Accurate preparation and timely project cost reporting for internal and external clients including weekly/monthly reports and estimates.
- Prepare and submit progress claims to ensure accurate and timely billing.
- Facilitate monthly project cost reviews including analysis of key variances to budget
- Ad hoc support on projects as required
What you will bring to the team
- Preferably Accounting graduate
- 2-3 years of experience in Cost Management in a Consultancy firm.
- Experience in using Power BI Excel and Sharepoint
- Data Analysis and Presentation skills advantage.
The position is open to be assigned in Makati Quezon City and Cebu City offices depending on your location and preference.
