Were looking for a dynamic and experienced Technical Directorto lead complex multidisciplinary projects and drive technical excellence across our Philippines operations. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with deep expertise in environmental science and sustainability and a passion for mentoring and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership
- Lead Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) and sustainability initiatives.
- Provide QA/QC oversight and technical direction across project phases.
- Champion technical service lines and global collaboration initiatives.
- Project Delivery
- Act as Project Director Manager or Technical Lead on high-profile projects.
- Ensure delivery to scope budget and schedule with a focus on quality and client satisfaction.
- Business Development
- Identify and pursue new opportunities across the Philippines and other GHD regions.
- Lead proposal development for complex multidisciplinary projects.
- Team Development
- Mentor and coach junior staff to build technical capability.
- Promote a high-performance culture and knowledge sharing.
