We are looking for an analytical FP&A Manager to join our EMENA Financial Planning & Analysis team for Continental this strategic role you will support the Leadership Team with data-driven insights to enhance decision-making and business performance.
You will also play a key role in transforming the FP&A function by driving automation digitalization and process efficiency helping to build a modern and future-ready finance organization. You will report to the EMENA FP&A Director.
Your Key Responsibilities
Lead business cycles processes including budgeting monthly reviews forecasting long-range planning.
Support month-end close activities working with accounting teams as needed to ensure an accurate and timely financial close.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of monthly financials KPIs dashboards and performance analysis providing insights to various stakeholders including the regional Executive Leadership Team.
Translate complex financial insights into actionable business strategies to support sustainable growth and margin improvement.
Work closely with Business Units in shaping the best FP&A practices to drive continuous improvement of financial processes and systems by leveraging technology and automation where possible.
Develop dashboards & KPIs automated reporting systems to track progress on the Region key priorities.
Collaborate cross-functionally to drive financial accountability performance management and operational efficiency.
About You
Bachelors degree in finance management accounting economics mathematics or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Financial Planning & Analysis role
Demonstrated expertise in ERP systems and advanced analytical tools (e.g. SAP Power BI)
Strong knowledge of financial statements analysis techniques and key metrics
Proven ability to distill complex analyses into actionable recommendations and build effective business partnerships
Exceptional analytical logical and critical thinking skills with a continuous improvement mindset
You are known for your rigor and strong analytical abilities. You are fluent in English. Your interpersonal skills enable you to build effective relationships with stakeholders and senior addition autonomy precision and the ability to take a step back to see the bigger picture are essential qualities for success in this role. Your ability to drive initiatives in automation predictive analytics and machine learning will be highly valued.
