Job description
You will be working for a US-based technology company with the leading Software Web and mobile app development for business in North America helping independent retailers adopt and embrace this new key component of their digital marketing solution. The role will work on an amazing team of engineers to continue building out products to meet our retailers digital needs.
We are looking for an experienced engineerin at least one modern programming language (Java Python Javascript)
The Responsibilities
Maintain and develop web scraping products as a member of one of our Scrum teams.
Execute and promote software development best practices including CI/CD code scanning various testingmethodologies and automated build pipelines
Assist with software designs to meet Product Owners needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA engineers and system administrators to ensureseamless integration and deployment of software solutions.
Identify and troubleshoot performance issues and implement optimizations to improve overall software
performance.
Job requirements
Proficient in at least one modern programming language (e.g. Java JavaScript Python)
BS in Computer Science (or related field) OR equivalent experience
3 years of relevant work experience in a full stack or backend type of role
Experience with web scraping
Experience with relational databases (e.g. MySQL PostgreSQL)
Experience with cloud services (e.g. AWS GCP) is a plus
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
