What You Will Do:
As the Vice President Service Sales for the Americas Region a reporting entity for Johnson Controls you will be responsible to deliver secured orders across all our service lines of business and create value for our shareholders and customers by deploying and executing on our enterprise strategy for delivering Lifecycle Value. Acting as Vice President Service Sales you will directly manage the commercial service sales organizations to ensure growth profitability commercial excellence and alignment with global strategies tailored to the region.
How You Will Do It:
Commercial Leadership: Oversee the regions secured service orders service customer acquisition manage budgets optimize revenue streams and ensure financial objectives and KPIs are met.
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategies for service growth and sales efficiency aligning with global goals while addressing the unique dynamics of the Americas markets.
Sales Strategy & Leadership: Drive sales performance by setting targets developing key customer relationships and executing the regional sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
Operational Oversight: Ensure seamless partnership with Systems and Service Operations including sales and operations communications and process management logistics and customer service while maintaining high standards in service sales and delivery.
Cross-Regional Collaboration: Coordinate with global and other regional teams to harmonize strategies and share best practices enhancing efficiency and performance.
Customer & Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with C-level and other level executives and stakeholders to improve customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth and scalability.
Leadership & Team Development: Lead mentor and develop a high-performing team of direct and indirect reports across sales and sales support functions.
Additional requirements:
Strong experience in change management and leading organizational transformations.
Proven ability to engage and influence C-level executives and external partners.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a customer-centric approach.
