You will attract a salary of 80574.00 and a bonus of 3%. This role can also offer blended working after probationary period (6 months) - 3 days in the office and 2 remote

Job Purpose

As a Power Systems & Product Development Engineer youll be at the heart of this transformation combining engineering excellence data-driven innovation and real-world delivery to create tools that make our network smarter every day. The electricity system is undergoing its most significant transformation since its creation and the DSO team at UK Power Networks is leading that change. With over 65 and growing our team brings together a powerful blend of expertise in power systems customer engagement energy markets data science forecasting ICT and programme delivery. We sit at the centre of the transition to a smarter more flexible and decarbonised network turning strategy into real-world impact every day. You will be a critical part of that mission. Youll need to be a comfortable engaging with engineers analysts product teams and senior partners both inside and outside the business. Youll work with diverse teams bridging the gap between deep technical insight and actionable delivery helping UK Power Networks remain at the forefront of the energy transition.
