Your Mission:
- Lead the development and implementation of operational excellence strategies and initiatives across the business unit.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement through data analysis and stakeholder engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement standardized processes and best practices.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement by fostering a mindset of innovation and excellence.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and track the effectiveness of operational excellence initiatives.
- Act as a change agent influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization to embrace and support operational excellence initiatives.
- Responsible for project planning and oversight of strategic/operational initiatives on ongoing operational improvement projects.
- Support National Programs Manager with business implementation and setting up operations teams with dashboards to monitor execution.
- Participate in the governance committees as required.
Leadership Responsibilities:
- Provides clear direction sets measurable goals and holds team members accountable for performance and results.
- Coaches develops and supports team members through regular feedback performance reviews and career development planning.
- Fosters a high-performing inclusive team culture that aligns with company values and business objectives.
What You Bring to the Table:
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Data Analytics or Registered HCP in relevant field.
Experience:
- Experience in healthcare operations and knowledge of PSP (Patient Support Programs) operations is required.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in operations process improvement or related field.
- Combined experience with PMO (Project Management Office) designated is preferred.
- Experience with process automation and technology vendor management.
Skills:
- Proven experience in project planning management and delivery of operational improvement projects.
- Proficiency in Power BI Excel and Salesforce is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in leading change management initiatives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- English proficiency is required for this position to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Bilingualism (French and English) may be required depending on the specific role location and the needs of the organization
Compensation: At BioScript your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role level and geographic location.
