JOB PURPOSE:

As a Marketing Executive youll be working seamlessly with the eBay Marketing team you will be confident in your abilities to work autonomously coordinating executing and reporting on marketing campaigns across eBay owned channels. Day-to-day you will support the owned channels & CRM team with the rollout of planned activity across web push SMS and email as well as spearheading marketing operations through audience creation and coupon tethering execution and processes.

DAY TO DAY

  • Campaign briefing: Work closely with eBay internal team eBay partner agencies global partners and internal teams as required to define campaign briefs
  • Campaign execution & ownership: Execute campaigns from briefing and coordination through to testing and reporting to ensure positive customer experiences.
  • Collaborating with our merchandising specialists to drive demand in category growth and ensure all campaigns run in synergy across all points of eBays buyer journey
  • Campaign reporting: Report on campaigns and put forward recommendations for optimisation opportunities based on data and insights
  • Owned channel support: Daily management of eBay owned channels campaign coordination across multiple teams and channel optimisations as required.
  • Always acting as a custodian for eBay to ensure all campaigns meet eBays brand guidelines
  • Innovative thinking: Put forward innovative ideas to test and optimise campaigns improve ways of working and drive efficiencies through AI
  • Marketing operations: Spearhead & execute marketing operations functions and processes such as audience creation & personalised coupons

With the above in mind the successful candidate would have the below deliverables:

  • Delivery of 10 campaigns per month - these range from simple onsite banner activations through to detailed multi channel campaigns.
  • Delivery of audience creation and personalised coupon tethering; supporting across eBay loyalty programme retail promotions CRM & seller marketing teams
  • EOC reporting for all delivered campaigns.
  • Ongoing reporting for recurring campaigns.
  • Ideally at least 1 test and learn executed each month for learnings/insights to improve recurring campaign performance ongoing.

YOU:

  • Ability to self-educate learn fast and work autonomously
  • 3-5 years experience within a marketing coordinator role
  • Highly desirable - 2 years experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Hubspot Braze or other CRM alternatives
  • SQL experience preferred
  • You put the customer at the heart of what you do
  • Strong stakeholder management skills informing business stakeholders on campaign plans and performance
  • Strong prioritisation skills strategic thinking and attention to detail
  • Experience in managing reporting and delivering tangible insights & actions
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and achieve communications/marketing and customer goals
