Job Summary
HR Service Center Representatives Provide human resources support to employees answering questions via the telephone and/or Internet. Assist employees with benefit elections and changes. Possess thorough knowledge of organizations human resources policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
Depending on the needs and budget of the hiring department they may choose to hire into one of the following levels within this career progression: HR Service Center Representative I Provide human resources support to employees answering questions via the telephone and/or Internet. Assist employees with benefit elections and changes. Possess thorough knowledge of organizations human resources policies and procedures. Performs routine tasks as directed and under close supervision. Typically requires little to no related experience. Grade Range: $38000-$42000 HR Service Center Representative II Provide human resources support to employees answering questions via the telephone and/or Internet. Assist employees with benefit elections and changes. Possess thorough knowledge of organizations human resources policies and procedures. Completes assignments with little supervision. May assist less-experienced team members. Typically requires 1 year of related experience. Grade Range: $40000-$45000
Minimum Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS : HR Service Center Representative I: Requires a bachelors (or equivalency) with up to 2 years of directly related work experience or a masters degree. HR Service Center Representative II: Requires a bachelors (or equivalency) 4 years or a masters (or equivalency) 2 years of directly related work experience. EQUIVALENCY STATEMENT : 1 year of higher education can be substituted for 1 year of directly related work experience (Example: bachelors degree 4 years of directly related work experience). .
