This role must be based in Denmark full time.
Can you help us bring the LEGO Brand to new heights
Bring your experience in leading ground-breaking campaigns for world class Brands your creative eye and sharp critical thinking to lead a team of passionate brand builders.
Lead the development of global LEGO Brand campaigns from strategic ignition down to local execution.
Inspire and lead a multi-functional team of experts and drive a flawless process that makes each expertise shine.
Develop the strategic framework to inform audiences and channels prioritization based on The LEGO Groups Brand strength tracking tool.
Recommend the campaign roadmap to achieve The LEGO Groups ambitions.
The Global Brand Development team governs coordinates and build the growth of the LEGO Brands strength across the world. Even if the Brand is being built by.
Demonstrated commercial experience in Global brand campaign development in a strategic or creative capacity.
Proven brand building campaign development experience at global level.
Experience in jaws dropping brand activations and event.
People and thought leadership experience.
NICE TO HAVE:
Understanding of pop and youth cultures.
C-level stakeholder management.
Experience (or personal taste) for kids culture media usage and brands.
