As our newest Marketing Support Specialist youll lead the design and delivery of engaging events and experiences that connect inform and inspire. With strong organisational skills and a knack for solving problems creatively youll drive process improvements and keep us on track using WorkFront. Youll collaborate across teams to bring big ideas to life and help us deliver meaningful marketing outcomes that support Guild Insurances success

Develop and deploy a range of captivating engagement experiences and events across key markets

  • Drive the development and delivery of engaging experiences and events across key markets. Own the engagement and events calendar ensuring alignment with strategic goals and measurable returns on marketing spend. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement sponsorship and event management processes and continuously improve systems and workflows.
  • Stay ahead of trends in experiential marketing sharing insights and recommending innovative approaches to test and execute. Partner with the Marketing Support Manager and Head of Marketing to enhance the young practitioner strategy across all markets.
  • Maximise event impact through integrated marketing efforts including pre/post event campaigns articles advertising social media and Web content. Attend student and major events to ensure strong representation and seamless execution (some interstate travel required). Work with business units to develop creative concepts that drive value and lead generation.
  • Provide expert support to regional offices ensuring consistent delivery and alignment with brand and business objectives.

Brief and inspire the development of content that drives interest traffic and highly engaged visitors

  • Collaborate across squads to ensure consistent messaging at all events. Define visual and messaging guidelines in partnership with the Marketing team and develop tailored materials to support Guilds presence. Coordinate briefs for promotional content including ads brochures and digital assets. Create event overviews for frontline staff and develop post-event reports to measure success.

Support the development of big ideas by taking care of the little details

  • Manage the marketing calendar and coordinate the delivery of campaigns events and digital solutions. Oversee trafficking of marketing deliverables using digital and visual work management tools. Implement systems and templates to enhance event output quality and efficiency. Manage budgets track expenditure and lead post-implementation reviews.
  • Project manage event delivery within agreed timelines and specifications. Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure smooth logistics and execution.

Support contribute to and participate in a high performing team

  • Support a high-performing team culture. Communicate regularly with stakeholders involved in sponsorships and events. Maintain supplier relationships to ensure consistent quality and delivery. Undertake additional duties as required by your manager.
