St Columba Anglican School Port Macquarie is a co educational Early Learning Centre to Year 12 campus set on 37 picturesque acres in the heart of Port Macquaries Education Precinct. The Administration Officer plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of the School by providing professional administrative assistance maintaining accurate records and contributing to student wellbeing. This multifaceted position involves managing student attendance maintaining physical and digital archives in line with compliance requirements delivering first aid support and responding to the needs of students staff and the broader school community. The role fosters a well-organised inclusive environment that reflects the Schools values.
During non-term time stand-down without pay will be applied.

Mandatory Criteria
The applicant must have or be able to obtain prior to commencing work a current Working with Children Check. The applicant will need to have a current First Aid Certificate or the school can arrange for one to be completed.
