At Procter & Gamble we are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team. As a UX/UI Designer you will play a pivotal role in creating exceptional user experiences and visually appealing digital applications. You will work closely with multi-disciplinary teams including engineers product managers business partners to define Jobs to Be Done and deliver innovative design solutions that meet user needs and business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Create personas user journeys information architecture user flows wireframes and mockups to guide the design process.
- Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency across multiple digital applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute design strategies that align with business goals.
- Conduct user and usability testing analyze the results and utilize insights to inform design decisions.
- Embrace Agile methodologies embracing a fail-fast learn and iterate approach to design.
- Collaborate with engineers product managers business partners to define and refine Jobs to Be Done for digital applications.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design best practices strategies technologies and industry changes and incorporate them into design work.
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role
- Knowledge of creating personas user journeys information architecture user flows wireframes and mockups using industry-standard design tools (Figma).
- Familiarity with design systems design thinking and user-centered design principles.
- Experience conducting user research usability testing and analyzing data to inform design decisions is a plus
- Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail and a deep understanding of typography color theory and layout principles.
- Proficient in prototyping tools to create interactive and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively present and explain design concepts to stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
- A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest design trends technologies and industry changes.
