PROPOSED SALARY RANGE: per annum depending on relevant skills knowledge and experience. The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights.
This role is advertised as part of our BBC Extend programme for disabled people. To apply for this role you should identify as deaf disabled or neurodivergent and must meet either the definition of disability in the Equality Act (2010) or the definition of disability in the Disability Discrimination Act (1995) if applying in Northern Ireland. We are currently looking for a talented and enthusiasticProgramme Journalist(PJ) to join our team based inYork bringing NorthYorkshires stories alive across all our role requires a great deal of flexibility and range of skills as one week could be outputting one of our Radio Programmes the next it could be making content for BBC Sounds and the next reporting across North Yorkshire. With that in mind we are looking for a great all-rounder who enjoys working with different teams and in different roles from one week to the next.
