We are looking for a

Working Student (m/f/d) - Project Management (AI Initiatives) to join our team at our Berlin Münster or Verl locations to build the next generation of fintech.

Your key responsibilities will be:

Assisting the project team in successfully driving AI initiatives in customer service.
Support execution and tracking of AI initiatives in customer service withing defined project timelines.
Assist in maintaining the AI roadmap and aligning initiatives with business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional project teams business teams and leadership to ensure smooth execution.
Prepare reports presentations and documentation for project updates.
Conduct market research to analyze AI trends and their potential business impact.
Benchmark competitor AI adoption and use cases for strategic insights.
Identify automation opportunities to improve project management efficiency.
Support AI governance framework development to ensure compliance and best practices.

What you bring on the journey:

Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters program in Business Administration Economics or a related business field (with interest in AI); alternativeley programs in Data Science Computer Science or Project Management with a strong business orientation.
Passionate about AI digital transformation and inital understanding of AI concepts.
Knowledge of project management methodologies and first on-the-job experiences.
Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and documentation skills in English & German.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel PowerPoint Word) and project management tools (e.g. Jira).

Nice-to-Haves:

Experience with data analysis tools (e.g. Celonis).
Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban) and AI ethics considerations.
Previous experience in AI projects consulting or business transformation.
