Position Description:
CGI is seeking enthusiastic and talented students for our SAP Administrator Intern position for Winter 2026. As an intern you will be supporting our team at the Global Delivery Center in Saguenay contributing to delivering outstanding service to our clients.
The selected candidate will have the opportunity to showcase a strong academic background paired with an ambitious entrepreneurial mindset and a keen interest in working closely with CGI leaders.

Your future duties and responsibilities:
Join the SAP support and administration team
Provide support perform maintenance and optimize SAP systems
Conduct technical analysis of client requirements
Meet client deadlines
Deploy solutions in line with client processes
Maintain regular communication with clients (email/phone) to provide updates
Analyze the impact of system changes
Propose effective solutions to clients
Keep technical documentation up to date
Continuously train on new technologies and client needs
Work collaboratively to share knowledge
Contribute to improving work techniques
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Must be a student in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field
Interest in and/or experience with server management and IT infrastructure (an asset)
Experience in a project/operations environment (an asset)
Knowledge of databases and operating systems (an asset)
Team spirit analytical problem-solving skills autonomy and initiative
Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this role due to interactions with national and global clients
