Job Summary

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Retail Sales Representative aka brand ambassador to join our pack on a casual basis. The successful candidate will frequent retail stockists providing excellent customer service promoting products and supporting in store sales. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills. Drivers Licence and car is a must.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and offer samples
Identify customer needs and recommend products that meet their requirements.
Manage and maintain sample inventory levels and ensure products are available for sale.
Respond to customer queries and concerns in a professional manner.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and trends.
Assist in maintaining the stores visual merchandising standards.
Participate in store activations and promotions to boost sales.
Report on activation activities
Store promotional items securely

Qualifications:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support sales.
Experience in retail sales or customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Customer-focused with a positive and friendly attitude.
Knowledge of sales principles and techniques.
Able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
