SENIOR BRAND CREATIVE SEASONAL RETAIL & EXPERIENCE DESINGER PACIFIC

WHO YOULL WORK WITH

This role reports to the Senior Manager Brand Creative for Nike Pacific and partners closely with the Geography Brand Creative Network. You will partner with agency teams to deliver best-in-class work and will collaborate with global counterparts across Nikes Brand Design and Retail organisations agency teams and internal partners including Brand Marketing Retail Marketing Digital Marketing Integrated Media Brand Planning & Operations and Sports Marketing.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Nike Pacific is seeking a visionary and strategic creative leader to shape the future of immersive brand experiences and innovative retail environments. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of brand culture and commerce translating Nikes global design ethos into locally resonant consumer experiences. They are a multidisciplinary designer with expertise in architecture brand environments and retail storytelling and bring a proven track record of leveraging emerging technologies to create impactful spaces. This role demands a collaborative mindset operational excellence and a passion for sport and youth culture.

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in retail design brand environments or experiential marketing.

  • Bachelors degree in Architecture Graphic Design Industrial Design Environmental Design or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education experience and training.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing immersive retail experiences spatial design brand activations and live events.

  • Expertise in Adobe Photoshop Illustrator Figma and 3D software.

  • Deep understanding of youth culture consumer behaviour and retail landscape.

  • A passion for design and brand storytelling across a range of consumer mediums

  • Proven ability tocollaborate across internal and external partnerships manage complex projects and deliver against tight timelines and budgets.

WHAT YOULL WORK ON

Youll lead creative strategy and execution for retail design and brand activations that connect Nike with consumers in meaningful ways. Youll collaborate across teams and agencies to deliver culturally relevant innovative experiences that elevate the brand.

  • Drive creative strategy and execution for seasonal retail live events activations and pop-ups.

  • Translate global brand standards into locally relevant experiences with cultural nuance.

  • Develop 2D and 3D presentation materials to communicate concepts to leadership and cross-functional teams.

  • Partner with Store Development Retail Brand Brand Design Digital and Comms teams to ensure feasibility and excellence.

  • Drivedesign innovationthrough exploration of materiality spatial design proportion and consumer journey.

  • Champion immersive storytelling by integrating physical and digital touchpoints.

  • Collaborate with external agencies vendors and architectural firms to bring concepts to life.

  • Fostering a culture of bold thinking collaboration and continuous learning.

  • Stay ahead of design trends and consumer behaviours to inform future strategies.
