Who You Are (skills and experience):
Lecturer (Level B)
A PhD in a related discipline plus relevant work experience.
A good track record of research and publication and or competitive research income in a chosen field.
Demonstrated expertise and currency in some of the above listed technical aspects of cybersecurity.
Demonstrated evidence of teaching and learning design development delivery and pastoral care of students at undergraduate and postgraduate levels with positive evaluation.
Experience using and designing with educational technologies and flexible delivery platforms.
Highly developed interpersonal and organisational communication skills and emotional intelligence.
Ability to and evidence of working with and supporting students and colleagues from diverse backgrounds and abilities.
Demonstrated experience working with industries and/professional bodies and applying work integrated learning.
Senior Lecturer (Level C)
In addition to Level B skills and experience:
Course and program development.
Research output through publications in high impact journals relative to opportunity.
Research grant successes.
Postgraduate supervisions.
Academic administration and staff mentoring.
Community and industry engagement.
