Lead- Information Systems

Work timings: 1:30 PM -10:30 PM
We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Lead Information Systems to oversee and collaborate with our software development and support teams. This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong foundation in software engineering cloud technologies and project management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless daily operations fostering strong relationships with global stakeholders and driving successful project transitions.

We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Lead Information Systems to oversee and collaborate with our software development and support teams. This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong foundation in software engineering cloud technologies and project management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless daily operations fostering strong relationships with global stakeholders and driving successful project transitions.
What You Will Do:
- Lead and mentor the software development and support teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Manage daily IS operations and ensure timely resolution of support issues.
- Maintain strong collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams and overseas stakeholders.
- Oversee project planning execution and transitioning activities with a focus on timelines quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Provide hands-on technical guidance in software development and cloud infrastructure support.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in system design development and deployment.
- Act as a point of escalation for technical and operational issues.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement accountability and innovation.
- Understand the organizations vision and help implement it at the ground level.
- Create strategy and ensure its implementation with proper planning.
- Ensure timely updates to leadership.
What You Bring:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
- 10 years of industry experience with a proven track record.
- 8 years of experience in IT operations and software development with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Proven experience in project management and transitioning complex systems.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C# SQL PowerShell Angular etc.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS Azure or Google Cloud.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong team management and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to work flexibly and be available to support the team as needed.
- Working experience in Financial organization.
Preferred Certifications:
- Project Management
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect / Azure Administrator Associate
- ITIL Foundation Certification.
