Job Summary
We are seeking an Accounting Manager / Accounts Payable Manager. This role will oversee the accounts payable function while also supporting general ledger reconciliations and the month-end close process. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical accounting skills and hands-on experience managing AP in a fast-paced environment.

- Manage the full accounts payable process ensuring accuracy and timeliness of vendor payments
- Oversee AP staff and provide guidance on process improvements and controls
- Support general ledger reconciliations and journal entries
- Assist with the month-end close process and preparation of financial reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate accounting and reporting
- Maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulations
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field
- 5 years of accounting experience with a focus on accounts payable and general ledger functions
- Prior management or supervisory experience preferred
- NetSuite experience required
- Strong analytical organizational and communication skills
