Help people build their online presence!
Youll support users of a popular website-building platform that helps businesses bloggers and creatives design and grow their websites.
Your Tasks
- Support users by chat email and phone
- Troubleshoot issues with the platform
- Explain features and how to use them
- Work with other teams to fix complex technical problems
- Stay updated on new tools and platform changes
- Share user feedback to help improve the service
What Were Looking For
- Proficiency in French and good level of English both written and spoken
- You are tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools
You know or are excited about digital marketing or web design
You are a strong problem-solver with a calm attitude
You have 1 year of customer service experience
You have a stable job history
Excellent communication skills
You work well independently and manage your time
