Job Overview/Summary:
We are seeking a Specialist Radiographer with expertise in MRI to join our Imaging department. The ideal candidate will provide highly skilled and specialised MRI imaging services while supporting the team with leadership guidance and training to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide highly skilled and specialised MRI imaging for patients within the Imaging department.

  • Ensure effective imaging service delivery by offering clinical and managerial leadership.

  • Support the professional development and education of the imaging team.

  • Uphold the highest standards of patient care safety and service quality.

Primary Skills:

  • Strong expertise in MRI imaging techniques and protocols.

  • Clinical leadership and team management abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Secondary Skills (Good to Have):

  • Experience with additional imaging modalities.

  • Training or mentoring experience.

  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and practices.

Qualifications:

  • HCPC Registered Radiographer.

  • Postgraduate experience including a period of specialising in MRI.

  • Proven experience in an imaging department delivering advanced-level imaging services.

  • Team player with a strong commitment to outstanding patient care.
