Contract : 3 Month Contract to begin with
Citizenship Requirement: US Citizenship or Perm Residents
Shift : 8am-5pm 1 hour lunch
Pay : $20.00/hr on W2!
Job Description
- Greets customers clients and visitors. Determines visitors name and reason for visit then directs individual to appropriate offices or individuals.
- May operate telephone switchboard make appointments and perform other clerical duties such as sorting and processing mail.
- Ordering paperwork Microsoft office and teams experience answering phones accounting background/AP experience preferred
