Job Description

Job Title : Receptionist

Location : Groveland FL 34736

Contract : 3 Month Contract to begin with

Citizenship Requirement: US Citizenship or Perm Residents

Shift : 8am-5pm 1 hour lunch

Pay : $20.00/hr on W2!

Job Description

Greets customers clients and visitors. Determines visitors name and reason for visit then directs individual to appropriate offices or individuals.
May operate telephone switchboard make appointments and perform other clerical duties such as sorting and processing mail.
Ordering paperwork Microsoft office and teams experience answering phones accounting background/AP experience preferred
