Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking a technically skilledand experienced Engineer CleaningMachines to lead the developmentoptimization and process innovation of
industrial cleaning systems used inproduction environments. Thecandidate should have deep knowledge of cleaning technologies ( aqueous solvent-basedplasma or vacuum systems) and willplay a key role in ensuring cleanlinessstandards equipment reliability and process efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelors or Masters degree inMechanical Engineering ChemicalEngineering Mechatronics or a related field
8 to 10 years of hands-onexperience in industrial cleaningprocesses and equipment inmanufacturing industries ( medical devicesaerospace automotive)
Strong understanding of cleaningtechnologies and related processvariables (temperature timechemistry agitation)
Experience with automated andsemi-automated cleaning linesincluding handling systems anddrying technologies

Key Responsibilities
Lead the setup calibration and operation of industrial cleaningmachines (e.g. ultrasonic high-pressure spray solvent or plasmacleaners)
Drive development and qualification of new machines for cleaning application
Develop and optimize cleaning processes to meet strict cleanliness specifications (e.g. particulate ionic organic residue removal)
Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to machine performance chemical compatibility and cleaning quality
Evaluate and implement improvements to increase equipmentuptime cleaning efficacy and operational safety
Conduct root cause analysis of process failures or defects linked to cleaning operations and define corrective actions
Interface with vendors and OEMs for technical support upgradesand spare parts management
